Dr. Pawankumar Jaiprakash Maniyar

Dr. Pawan is an experienced and well-known radiologist working at Aster Hospital, Mankhool, Dubai. He is an integral part of the team of doctors taking the best care of the patients in Aster Hospitals. Utilising radiology and imaging sciences to optimally guide clinicians in patient care and management is his core strength. 

Dr. Pawan is an abdominal imaging specialist who has done his undergraduate medical training at MIMSR medical college, Latur in India. After that, he completed his post-graduation in Radiology from Seth GS medical college and KEM hospital, Mumbai which is one of the premier medical schools in India and a prominent medical school in Radiology training. He has also obtained a Fellowship from the Royal College of Radiologists, London. After that, he worked in various hospitals in India and gained wide experience in all aspects of Radiology and Imaging. 

Dr. Pawan has wide experience in all aspects of Radiology with a special interest in abdominal and thoracic imaging. He loves non-vascular interventional procedures and deals with all types of CT and USG-guided diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including biopsies and drainage procedures. He actively participates in all clinic-radiology discussions and multi-disciplinary team meetings and strives to provide the best possible radiological solutions to patients’ clinical problems. Being head of the department, he is actively involved in it.
